Ct higher than 35

Hi,
I have some RNA sample with ct>35. Do you suggest to proceed with 11ul or do you recommend another approach?

You can certainly try with 11uL RNA. We tend to find the performance in terms of genome coverage is more variable at high Cts but sometimes it can be good to it’s worth a try.
